Shopaholic? Me?

I was just informed that one of our properties will be coming free in a couple of months. So it is time to renovate, to buy new stuff (yeah!) and prepare an advert. So I started doing some research and I decided to search worldwide to get some ideas.

Townsend homes for rent gave me a few great ideas and so did a few other sites. The question is, will my gamble pay off and find me a tenant quickly or will it end up being cultural based and put off prospective tenants? Another alternative is that I find an American tenant and that will do too! Just as long as it gets rented.
