I am beginning to plan my new year and resolutions. I have been thinking of taking up something physical and healthy to get fit and ideally lose some weight. Was thinking of Pilates or Yoga and something areobic. I know Zumba is pretty big but I am not sure I like the music it uses. There are other classes but I need to look into them. Then there is equipement. I would not like to find myself buying stuff like a yoga bag, mats etc. Ideally I want to be able to start something which can use basic sweat pants, T-shirt and gym shoes. At least until I decide to do more than 3 lessons!
