I have been thinking about real weight loss. I think hearing weight loss stories from real people can make such a difference. I had originally been inspired by a friend of mine who went from a size 24 to a size 12. And with this inspiration, I went from a size 24 to a 16. Meanwhile another friend went from a size 20 to a 16 in just a few months. The trick, we all calorie counted, exercised and were realistic. It can be done but no-one said it is easy.

My tip is to buy ready made meals with a calorie count on them. Makes it so much easier to calorie count and not cheat.
