Vitamins continued
I did pop to Boots and picked up some vitamins. They have a really good range of “change one thing” advice. It includes a weight loss program, quitting smoking, looking great, feeling happier andĀ feeling healthier. The point is to change one thing and not everything, so you would need to choose what you want to change most about yourself and right now I just want to feel better. *sniff*
