I have found the best quick weight loss diet… yes it is breastfeeding twins! I have so far lost all my baby weight and a little more. I do know with my first kid, I put on weight when I started weaning him. As I am at the point of weaning, I want to be careful that I don’t repeat my first mistake. The problem with putting on weight is that if you increase your diet by 100 calories, you put on weight. But to lose the weight you put on, you need to double the increased calories for the same length of time to reach your previous weight. Not easy, so I really really must be careful as who likes dieting!
