I do like engravable gifts as they can be personalised. Unless your name falls in the current top 20 or so names, then you never find anything with your name on it. It is the only way that I ever manage to get something with my name on it (unless I head off to France where my name is more common). I even have difficiulties finding my son’s name who is called Arthur!! A relatively well known name in the UK!!
I cannot believe how quickly time flies. It feels like it was only yesterday that I had a baby and was buying him baby clothes. Yet to quote Arthur, “I’m a big boy!”. And indeed he is, as he no longer fits into his adorable little baby clothes. *Sigh!*

I thought Designer wear was just for shopaholics like me. Only my son seems to have a bit of a chip of his Mum’s block!! Arthur is absolutely into Children’s Designer Clothing. I have had to buy him Spiderman Shoes, Bob the Builder & Thomas the Tank Socks, Roary Slippers!! Argh, I have made a rod for my own back!
I bet it won’t be long before he is into European Children’s Clothes.

I cannot believe it Christmas has really hit the shops already. I mean seriously we have only just left summer a couple of days ago. Autumn has barely begun and Christmas is in Winter!!
Mind you I suppose that is my cue to go out and get my ingredients for my Christmas cake. I do make a mean cake. I do recommend your not driving after a couple of pieces of my cake. Also… if you are calorie counting… you will probably have to not eat for a week to compensate for the calories!! Shame!! But it is good!! Mmmmm Christmas Cake…

I am so miffed with Tesco. They were meant to offer a next day delivery. My items were split. Fine. I thought I would receive 2 separate orders. But when the second day arrived and no order arrived, I contacted Tesco. They replied that I refused my order!! Seriously… why on earth would I refuse my order??
