Shopaholic? Me?

Scotts of Stow seem to have some really pretty items. I might even pick up a Christmas Present or two from there! I especially like their garden items.

I am going to be travelling with Flybe tomorrow. What impressed me the most was not just that the flights were cheap but that they have an amazing loyalty scheme. You can actually get a free flight with every 8 flights!

The reward scheme works that you can get 1 point per flight (2 points for a return flight). 16 points gets you a return uk flight. Travelling economy plus gets you twice the rewards. You can also get yourself european reward flights and lounge access. I will work towards getting free flights. That will be nice.

And the icing on the cake is that my flight from the Uk to the Isle of Man only cost £19.99 plus taxes. (In case you are wondering this is ridiculously cheap for the Isle of Man!)

My brothers are hoping for a laptop for Christmas. I must stress they are after 1 each. This is no mean feat given the average price of laptops. Laptops generally cost several hundred pounds each. On the plus side their birthday is also in December. So what we are doing is collectively putting cash in towards their Christmas and Birthday presents. What we would spend on their birthday and Christmas will go towards their laptops.

So I started hunting for some cheap laptops. I searched at Tesco, Dell, Currys, Woolies and PC World. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised to find that PC World do laptops from just £279 including delivery! They also offer a package for £299 which includes a laptop bag and a printer. I dare say we just may reach the target after all! (Though donations towards their presents always appreciated!)
