If you are selling your home, then you probably already heard about HIPSÂ - the Home Information Packs. From a buyers perspective it can be a good thing. However I feel it is an unfair extra cost when selling your home insisted on by the government. Yet there it is. So my advice is to research who you go to as you would any shopping.

Thought I would let you know that BA have some great world offers on until the 25th September. Tokyo from £479 sounds perfect. Sushi anyone?

If you are getting married, you know what a lot of planning goes into it. I am not sure if it will help but if you Visit Wedding Bitz r Us Ltd, you might be able to get all your bits in one go. It will make so many things easier on you. They have a whole range of co-ordinated items and they are at a reasonable price.
Don’t forget to get a wedding cake top piece because a caterer does not automatically assume you want one, and if you are like me you will find that you have an empty cake. Thankfully our wedding favours were of a bride & groom teddy, and we placed one on top of the cake. Made the cake look co-ordinated and even saved the day!

I bought myself this mini ballet shoe keyring. It is really pretty. It is made just like a real ballet shoe and even made by a ballet firm (Sansha) with ballet shoe materials. It was only 4 Euros. They will also ship anywhere. I am thinking of getting a second one just to make it a pair. It is so cute! Needless to say it also makes a really great gift.

OK, I must admit perhaps I am a little bit drunk. It is a saturday night after all. But I was thinking of making a banner stand for my hubby’s birthday. It could say something like “Happy Birthday Owen! Love from all of us”. We could use it ever year too! LOL! And it should embarrass him lots too!

I just placed an order at The Joke Shop and was really surprised how quickly I received my goods. Despite not placing an express order, I received my tricks a few days later. I was even pleased to find they added an extra trick to my order free of charge. I cannot wait to try them out.

I can never seem to find exactly what I want in a bed. Oak Beds are nice and solid but a shame to paint white. Our bedroom is white. I need storage space, so it has to have storage space such as drawers underneath. Ideally it must be nice and bouncy (for obvious reasons! – I have a 1 year old son in case you are wondering…lol!). And perhaps ideally not too expensive!
Am I asking too much?

I cannot believe how low the prices of BA have gone. I mean seriously a BA flight to Malaga or Alicante starts from £45. And if you prefer somewhere more exotic like Miami it is less than £500! I can really do with a holiday.

I have decided to update my look. I think what can make a difference is wearing some Contemporary Jewellery. I personally am not fond of costume jewellery but prefer silver or other precious metals.
I must say that I think I quite like the Gavang Collection which is recommended by Marie Claire Magazine. They are made of silver with gold plating. They are modern and stylish. I just might get myself something!

I must admit, I love Tesco. I even adore their clothing range by Florence & Fred. They are well priced and of decent quality. The best bit of all is that when I signed up to Tesco Clothing, I received £25 worth of vouchers to spend on clothing at Tesco. To me there is nothing better than extra cash to spend on Clothes. If you also want to receive the vouchers, all you have to do is click on the link and sign up.
Oh and before I forget, you also get points for every pound you spend on Clothing at Tesco.
