They do have guarantees like on delivery. If you do not get it when they say they will deliver it, you get your delivery fee back.

With deliveries, they will deliver to a room of your choice. They will unpack it for you and take away the packaging for recycling. They will also take away certain old appliances like your old TV and Fridge subject to their being the same size or smaller than the one you are purchasing for a nominal non profit fee charge.

Delivery starts from Free. You will need to see if you qualify.

They also offer a click and collect service, where you can order online and collect in store and pay there an hour later.

Last but not least, they have Comet Auctions which they use for clearance on end of lines. You can bag yourself a bargain. However make sure you know the price of the item you are bidding on. I have seen a couple of auctions sell for more than if they walked in store or bought straight from the website. The point of the auction is to get a good deal.
